HydroVet & Starmutt’s
opened in April welcoming a new concept in companion animal
care.
Modern and contemporary style meets professional veterinary
medicine and Pet Boutique all under one roof.
HydroVet & Starmutt’s were born
from an empty concrete shell.
Starting from scratch made it possible to build bespoke premises
for this Veterinary Surgery, including the holistic approach
of Hydrotherapy and the Pet Boutique to fulfil all daily needs
as well as a bit of fun for your pet. |

Karla – Karla was Dorte’s
German Shepherd Dog. She was born with severe hip dysplasia
and was the inspiration for the Hydrotherapy unit within
the Veterinary Surgery.
Living with a dog with a disability prompted Dorte to
investigate all means possible to provide Karla with a
good quality of life.
Through conventional medicine and good management, Karla
was progressing well until 13 years of age. She then started
to deteriorate from her severe arthritis with no options
of further treatment through conventional medicine and
supplements.
Hydrotherapy treatment, not previously available in London
prior to HydroVet, extended Karla’s life. She had
a further 2 happy and fulfilled years, reaching the grand
age of 15 1/2 years. |
